You can buy with confidence knowing that you have 30 days to try the products from Pet Micro in your home. If you or your cat are not satisfied for any reason, send it back to receive a refund of the purchase price. Just follow the return procedure below.
To return your orders, you should first reach us at email@example.com. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
There are a few things you need to be aware of:
1. You need to contact us by email first to let us know you are returning the product in advance. If you just directly return the product or reject the delivery without letting us know, there will be a $60 restocking fee per machine.
2. Please make sure the products you returned is clean and carefully packed to avoid damage during shipment. Packing with the original materials is your best and most eco-friendly option. Once we receive the product, we will issue a refund to you within 7-10 business days.
1. Please Send an Email to firstname.lastname@example.org titled with Return + Your Order Number. Please specify the reason of your return.
2. We will send you a return address. Please carefully package our product in original condition and provide us the tracking number.
4. Once the package got returned to our warehouse in AU, we will check the condition of the product and restock the item.
5. Once all the above steps completes, we will start the refund process.
6. You will receive your refund in your purchasing card/paypal within 3-5 days.
1. If you return because you receive damaged product, we will issue full refund including shipping cost.
2. If you return based on other reason than damaged goods, we will refund you the product price but we will not cover the shipping fee.
3. We will also charge 10% of the sales price as the restocking fee.
4. You will receive your refund in your purchasing card/paypal within 3-5 days.
